REALTOR® firm. Bob Stuke was the original Broker of
Record and served as a Director of the local Association
of REALTORS®, The Insurance Board of the Palm Beaches,
and is a Life Director of the Florida Homebuilders
Association.

OAK HARBOUR MARINA COMMUNITY
Oak Harbour is a gated community
situated on the Intracoastal Waterway in Juno Beach,
Florida. The 24 hour security manned entrance is at the
intersection of Ellison-Wilson Road and Universe Blvd.,
one half mile west of U.S. Highway One.
The mixed living styles include a section of zero lot line single family
residences, 6 Key West style 4 unit one and two story
townhouses with garages, estate style courtyard homes
facing the marina and Intracoastal Waterway, 3 four
story condominium buildings also on the marina and
waterway, plus a fourth condominium building which
adjoins the tennis center and north pool. The complex
contains 198 living units and almost 100 dock spaces
which are individually owned in fee simple.
Additionally, Oak Harbour amenities include 2 heated
pools with bar-b-que facilities, a SPA, and two lighted
tennis courts. A spacious marina clubhouse includes
workout/exercise room with showers, card room, kitchen,
billiard room, large lounge with big-screen TV on
cable, and an enormous deck area veranda with tables and chairs on the marina.
The
complex is only a short drive to the Juno Beach
municipal area which includes Pelican Lake, a 7.7 tenths
mile measured paved and landscaped walkaround, and a
secluded beach with shower and free parking. The area
adjoins the only 3 mile section of uninterrupted public
beach in all of south Florida. Included are park areas,
continuous free parking, showers every 600-700 yards,
bicycle/roller blading lanes, and sidewalks on the ocean
beach side of the road. The south end of the beach has a
fishing pier and picnic area. . The north end has
multiple picnic cooking areas, a breakfast/lunch ocean
view restaurant, softball field, a 1 1/8
mile Heart Trail, rest rooms and tennis courts.

Bob
Stuke obtained his Florida
Real Estate License in 1969. An honors graduate at Lake Worth High School
and a 3 year letter person on the swimming team, Bob was the 1952 Florida
High School springboard diving champion and earned a scholarship
to Florida State University where he graduated in 1956. Following 3
years as a secondary social studies teacher in the Miami Dade public
school system, Bob returned to Lake Worth in 1959 to
begin his
general insurance and real estate career. |
